Open floor plans mean these views translate easily from dining area to kitchen to airy and bright bathroom. The larger apartments also feature a lofted area that overlooks the living area below.

Many of the apartments also offer decks, the hardwood floors simply extending beyond the window, which residents to enjoy the sea air without leaving home and comfortably entertain envious friends. Recessed lighting gives rooms an inviting glow without detracting from the carefully sharp edges of the other architectural elements.
