This castle style residence, complete with a huge beautiful surrounding moat, is the work of renowned architect Charles Sieger, of The Sieger Suarez Group. This Miami dream castle is designed in perfect symmetry most wondrously appreciated from the air, with aerial views showing the property perfectly central to the shimmering body of water, and reaching through its environment with a long and elegant tree lined driveway, at the end of which large black gates protect it from the world outside.

Once admitted through the guarding gates, and across the moat bridge, pristinely manicured topiary frames three grey and white towers to draw you within. This property embodies much of the vision and achievements of the architect, and the interior offers more superbly planned luxury, with sophisticated color palette, massive light fittings, and high-end furnishings typical of a chateaux.

Built in 2007, it spans 10,124 square feet in total, and sits within 13.74 acres. The grounds are a stunning example of landscape architecture, featuring multiple raised walkways that overlook lavish fishponds and spout elegant water fountains.
